Rod Guinn

Rod Guinn is an accomplished finance and advisory professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. As a member of the Board of Directors at Horizons Albuquerque since October 2021 and Board Advisor at FohBoh since April 2008, Rod Guinn provides strategic guidance to executive leadership. Previous roles include Managing Director at FocalPoint Partners, LLC from November 2008 until March 2021, Managing Director and Founder at SteppingStone Capital from June 2004 to October 2005, and Managing Director at Wells Fargo Foothill, where Rod Guinn led financing arrangements for restaurant companies from November 2005 to July 2008. Additional experience includes a former board member position at Anthony's Coal-Fired Pizza and a lengthy tenure as Managing Director at FleetBoston from July 1987 to June 2004. Rod Guinn holds an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.A. in Literature from The University of New Mexico.
