Maja Grud Minzari

Maja Grud Minzari serves as the Head of ESG at Fokus Nordic since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in sustainability and project management. Previous roles include Chefkonsulent in Bæredygtighed at Udenrigsministeriet, where Maja advanced the sustainability strategy for the property sector, and Senior Project Manager at COWI, focusing on energy and indoor climate initiatives. Maja's earlier career includes energy consulting and project management roles, as well as student assistant positions at VKR Holding A/S and Assist byg Aps. Academic credentials include a Mini MBA in Sustainability Management from Aros Business Academy and advanced degrees in Civil and Architectural Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark, complemented by a certification as a DGNB-konsulent in Building Operations from Rådet for Bæredygtigt Byggeri.
