Sandrine Vergallen is a Senior Advisor at Fokus Asset Management. Sandrine has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Sandrine started their career at Aberdeen Property Investors Europe in 2007 as a Deputy Fund Manager. In this role, they were responsible for AEBPF (Aberdeen European Balanced Property Fund). In 2010, they moved to AXA Real Estate Investment Management as a Senior Fund Manager. In this role, they were responsible for three of AXA’s third party pan-European funds: EOIV (European Office Income Venture), ERIV and ERIV 2 (European Retail Income Venture one and two).

In 2013, Sandrine left AXA to join Sagema REIM as a Senior Advisor. In this role, they provided advice on real estate investment strategies and helped to implement Sagema’s investment plans.

Sandrine has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry and is a valuable asset to any team.

Sandrine Vergallen has a Bachelor degree in Marketing- Business Administration from HOGENT. Sandrine also has a Store Management certification from VDAB-course. Currently, they are in their 1st year of Law at Ghent University. Sandrine has also studied Modern Languages and Mathematics at Koninklijk Atheneum II Lyceum Gent.

They work with Helle M.H. Møller - Executive Secretary, Carl-Johan Collet - Chief Investment Officer, and Michael Loft Nielsen - Head of Project Management. Sandrine Vergallen reports to Tonny Nielsen, CEO & Partner.
