Sean McGowan

Sean McGowan has over 8 years of experience in accounting roles. Sean began their career in 2012 as a Credit Analyst Intern at First Business. In 2014, they joined PwC as an Assurance Intern, and was promoted to Assurance Associate and then Senior Assurance Associate over the next five years. In 2020, they moved to Robinhood as an Accounting Manager, and in 2022 they took on the same role at both Fold and EverCommerce.

Sean McGowan attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2010 to 2015, where they earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master's of Accountancy in Accounting. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from both the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. Sean is also a member of the AICPA.
