Gregory D. Casciaro

Gregory Casciaro has extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Gregory currently serves as the President and CEO of Foldax Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of COB and Board of Director at Cytokind Inc. starting from April 2021. Gregory has also served on the Board of Directors at Tulavi Therapeutics and Colospan Ltd. since June 2021 and August 2021, respectively. Gregory has been a part of the Board of Directors at KL Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ:KLAQU) since January 2021, with an end date in January 2023. In their previous roles, they were an advisor to Cardiac Dimensions Inc. from March 2020 to March 2021 and served as President and CEO from December 2015 to February 2020. Gregory has also held the position of President at Independent Contractor Healthcare from May 2014 to November 2015 and President and CEO at Access Closure Inc. from June 2010 to May 2014. Earlier in their career, they served as President and CEO at XTNT from September 2004 to December 2009 and at Orquest Inc. from February 2000 to September 2004.

Gregory Casciaro obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Marketing, and Finance from Marquette University, completing their studies between 1974 and 1978.
