Ken Charhut has held significant leadership roles in the medical and technology sectors, serving as President and CEO of Orqis Medical from 2000 to 2009 and President at Baxter Healthcare from 1983 to 1998. Currently, Ken is the Executive Chairman of Foldax Inc. and an Independent Board Member with Summation Health Ventures. Previously, Ken contributed as a Board Member at Nexstim and Reshape Medical, the latter of which developed an FDA-approved gastric balloon to combat obesity. Ken is also pursuing an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a BSME from Cornell University.
