Jarom Pollock has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. From 2018 to the present, Pollock has been serving as the Director of Financial Systems at Foley Family Wines. Prior to this, Pollock worked at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where they held multiple positions over the course of their employment from 2010 to 2018. These roles included Business Intelligence Manager, Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, Business Intelligence Engineer, Financial Systems Analyst, and Assistant Controller. From 2006 to 2010, Pollock worked as the Controller and IT Director at J.A. Tiberti Contruction Co. In 2006, Pollock started their career as a Cost Accountant at Wynn Design & Development, where they worked until 2004.
Jarom Pollock earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Utah, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Jarom went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2000 to 2002. In August 2014, Jarom obtained the certification of SAS Certified Platform Administrator for SAS 9 from SAS.
