Lenard White (Len)

Lenard (Len) White has a diverse work experience in the wine industry. Lenard (Len) currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Foley Family Wines, where they oversee sales operations. Prior to this role, they held positions such as a Division Manager West and Regional Sales Manager at Foley Family Wines, where they managed sales in various regions. Len also worked at Jackson Family Wines as a Human Resources Learning and Development Employee Experience Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Regal Wine Company as a Northern California Region Sales Manager and District Manager, and at Nick & Stef's/ Patina Group as a General Manager. Len also owned and operated Cuvee, a wine bar and bistro, and worked as an Educator for the Texas Hill Country Food and Wine Festival. Lenard (Len) started their career as a sommelier and restaurant manager at Restaurant Xena.

Lenard (Len) White earned their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they pursued Humanities/Humanistic Studies at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1988 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Lenard also obtained the Certified Specialist of Wine certification from the Society of Wine Educators in September 2014. Lenard (Len) further enhanced their knowledge in the field by achieving Sommelier Level 1 from the American Sommelier Association in May 1994.
