Megan Nicholson, Ed.D, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Foley Family Wines & Spirits since August 2022. Previously, Megan held various roles in the human resources department at Castello di Amorosa, progressing from Human Resources Coordinator to Human Resources Manager. Prior to that, experience includes serving as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at UC Irvine and as Director of Compliance at Fresno State. Additionally, Megan contributed as a Convention Committee Member for The National Association for Athletics Compliance. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change & Leadership from USC Rossier School of Education, a Master's in Sport Administration and Leadership from Seattle University, and a Bachelor's in Kinesiology - Exercise Science from California State University, Fresno.
