Jennifer Audeh

Jennifer Audeh is a Partner in the Business Department at Foley Hoag LLP, with experience dating back to October 2008. Jennifer maintains a general business practice, providing counsel to both public and private companies on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity fund formation, and compliance with federal and state securities laws. Prior to their role at Foley Hoag, Jennifer served as a Product Manager at Investors Bank & Trust from August 2003 to May 2007 and completed an internship at easyGroup in early 2002. Jennifer holds a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and English from Boston University.
