Christopher Bourne

Christopher Bourne is a partner and senior counsel at Foley & Lardner LLP, where the focus is on private equity and mergers & acquisitions, handling complex corporate matters such as leveraged buyouts and equity investments since February 2021. Prior to this role, Christopher served as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis, specializing in similar transactional responsibilities from November 2017 to January 2021, and briefly as corporate counsel for Audax Group in 2019.
