Tom Scully

Tom Scully is a seasoned trial attorney with over 35 years of experience, currently serving as a partner at Foley Mansfield in Los Angeles since February 2019. Previously, Tom held the role of partner at Walsworth - WFBM, LLP from April 2006 to February 2019 and at Bonne Bridges Mueller O'Keefe & Nichols from September 1990 to March 2006. With a track record of successfully trying or arbitrating more than 75 cases, Tom is admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions, including California and the United States Supreme Court. Tom's professional memberships include the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, and Defense Research Institute, among others. Prior to a legal career, Tom served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps from March 1983 to June 2014. Tom holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Allegheny College.
