Theresa Dankovich

Theresa Dankovich is the current CTO and co-founder of Folia Water. Theresa was previously a post-doctoral associate at Carnegie Mellon University, where they researched the release behavior and chemical transformation of nanoparticles embedded in consumer products. Theresa is also the co-founder and president of pAge Drinking Paper, a company that promotes clean water for developing countries through novel paper technology. Theresa has also worked as a post-doctorate researcher at the University of Virginia, where they researched water purification using silver containing filters in developing countries.

Theresa Dankovich’s educational career began with a B.S. in Textiles and Apparel: Fiber Science from Cornell University. Theresa then went on to get their M.S. in Agricultural and Environmental Chemistry from University of California, Davis. Finally, they completed their Ph.D. in Chemistry (Materials) from McGill University.
