Llywelyn Lloyd is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in urban design and town planning. As the Chief Planning Officer at Folkestone & Hythe District Council since January 2019, Llywelyn has played a key role in shaping local planning policies. Prior to this position, Llywelyn held various roles at Ashford Borough Council from September 2003 to January 2019, including Senior Urban Designer & Planner, Senior Town Planner, and Town Planner. Llywelyn's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Urban Design from the University of Westminster, a PG Diploma in Town Planning from London South Bank University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England.
