Jeremy Walker

Associate Director of Project Management at Folklore Digital

Jeremy Walker has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jeremy began their career at Starbucks in 2005 as a Shift Leader, where they led a team and focused on achieving product excellence and cost management. In 2007, they joined Epicor Software Corp as an Application Support Analyst and later became a Principal Application Support Engineer, leading a team and serving as a go-to resource for clients and colleagues. In 2012, they joined Periscope as an Assistant Project Manager and eventually became a Senior Project Manager, leading teams and driving process improvements and cost reductions. From 2016 to 2021, Jeremy worked at ICF Next as an IT Program Manager, overseeing program management and coordination. Currently, they are at Folklore Digital as the Associate Director of Project Management, where they are responsible for project management.

Jeremy Walker holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Marquette University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Philosophy at Augustana University (SD) from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Jeremy has also obtained various certifications. These include the Front End Libraries Certification, APIs and Microservices Certification, and Responsive Web Design Certification from freeCodeCamp. Jeremy also holds certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster®, Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified SAFe™ 5 Program Consultant, and Certified SAFe™ 5 Agilist, among others, showcasing their expertise in project management, agile practices, and software development. Furthermore, Jeremy has completed professional development courses in areas such as delegation, facilitation, and building accountability.
