Wasima Khan

Wasima Khan is a journalist currently working at Follow the Money since September 2023. Previously, Wasima held freelance journalist positions at Trouw and de Volkskrant in mid-2023. Wasima also worked as a Legislative Analyst at the Tweede Kamer der Staten-Generaal from November 2022 to May 2023 and as a Legislative Lawyer at the Ministerie van Justitie en Veiligheid between September 2020 and November 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as a Policy Lawyer at the Ministerie van OCW, a Law Lecturer at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, and an Academic Researcher at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Wasima began the professional journey as a Student Assistant at Ernst & Young and as a Market Researcher at TNS NIPO. Educational qualifications include multiple LL.M. degrees in Financial Law and Tax Law, along with an LL.B. in Tax Law, all obtained from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
