Junior Sanchez LION, ThD has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Junior started their career at Choice Merchant Funding in 2009 as Personnel Director and Senior Loan Officer, where they managed client portfolios and oversaw marketing campaigns. Junior then joined Quantum Corporate Funding, Ltd. as a Marketing Director, focusing on implementing new marketing strategies and training employees. In 2010, Junior Sanchez founded RIFT SUCCESS, serving as both Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. The organization aimed to provide work and career opportunities for ex-incarcerated individuals. Junior Sanchez also worked at EMStar Ambulance as an EMT/BLS Instructor, teaching essential life-saving skills. Junior served as CEO and Lead Instructor at Hudson Valley CPR, a local business that offered CPR and First Aid training. Junior Sanchez was a Security Officer and Firefighter at G4S. Junior also worked at Northern Dutchess Paramedics as a BLS Instructor. At Nuvance Health, they were a CPR/AED/First Aid/Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor and a Patient Care Technician. Junior'smost recent role was as Lead Instructor at Follow Us To Success, where they provided comprehensive education, training, and career services.

Junior Sanchez LION, ThD obtained a Doctor of Theology degree from the Master's University of Divinity, specializing in Theology and Religious Vocations, from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate's degree in Business Management from The College of Westchester from 1998 to 2000. Junior completed their secondary education at Ossining High School from 1991 to 1995, with a focus on English and Foreign Language. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in fields such as mental health, epidemiology, insurance, security, emergency services, and rescue operations.
