David Reid

David Reid is the current Vice President at Folsom Cordova Unified School District. David has a long and impressive work history, including previous positions as General Counsel & Vice President of External Relations at EdFund and Special Counsel to Educational Credit Management Corporation (ECMC). In these roles, they were responsible for providing advice and counsel to Board of Directors, executive management and staff on a variety of legal matters, as well as managing and supervising the staff and activities of multiple departments. David has a deep understanding of the inner workings of large corporations and brings a wealth of experience to their current position.

David Reid has a JD from Albany Law School, a Bachelor’s Degree in Theirtory and Political Science from Canisius College, and a Regents Diploma from Notre Dame High School. David is certified by the California State Bar, the Receivables Management Association as a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP), and the New Jersey State Bar. David is also certified by the New York State Unified Court System.
