Faith Caplan

Faith Caplan has a diverse work experience. Faith started their career in 2003 as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Hewlett-Packard. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a World Wide Manufacturing Engineer for the same company. In 2009, they joined Folsom Cordova Unified School District and worked as a Cordova High School Mathematics Teacher until 2015. During their tenure at the school district, they held several roles including Cordova High School Engineering Lead Teacher, Cordova High School CPA Coordinator, Career Technical Education Department Chair, and Expert Teacher. Their last known role was as the Career Technical Education Department Chair, which they held from 2015 to 2022.

Faith Caplan obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University from 1999 to 2004. Later, from 2008 to 2009, they earned a CA Single Subject Teaching Credential in Foundational Mathematics from National University. Lastly, from 2015 to 2019, they pursued a CTE Designated Subject Credential at UC Berkeley Extension.
