Jason Javier-Watson, EdD, is an accomplished educational leader and consultant currently serving as Co-Founder of Liminal Leadership, a company dedicated to enhancing racial literacy and facilitating healthier conversations in K-12 schools. With significant experience as an Assistant Principal in Folsom Cordova Unified School District and a former Assistant Principal at St. Francis Catholic High School, Jason Javier-Watson also operates JJW Coaching LLC, focusing on racial literacy training. Prior roles include Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education, Principal Fellow at Uncommon Schools, and a teacher in the School District of Philadelphia.
