Haley Collins

Haley Collins is a Clinical Director of Primary Care at FOLX Health. Prior to this role, Haley held positions as a Lead Nurse Practitioner at Evernow and a Nurse Practitioner at One Medical in the Virtual Medical Team. Haley also has experience as a Nurse Practitioner at NYC Health + Hospitals and The Institute for Family Health. Haley began their career as an RN at Pikeville Medical Center and has earned a Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from East Tennessee State University.
