Nicholas Focil

Nicholas Focil has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nicholas started their career at Medtronic as a Research Associate from June 2009 to June 2010. Nicholas then moved on to Diverse Research Solutions, where they served as Managing Director from June 2010 to June 2012. In June 2012, they joined FOMAT Medical Research as a Managing Director and held this role until January 2019 when they were promoted to Chief Executive Officer. In November 2018, they also co-founded Febo and became the Chairman. Nicholas joined hyperCORE International in January 2019 as an Executive Board Member. Additionally, they served as an Official Member of Forbes Los Angeles Business Council from January 2018 onwards. In March 2018, they became a Workforce Innovation Steering Committee Member at the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. Lastly, they worked as a Co-Host for "The Monthly Dose" podcast from April 2020 to April 2021.

Nicholas Focil earned a Master's Degree in Legal Science specialized in Healthcare and Policy from UCLA in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Management and Organizational Behavior at California Lutheran University from 2010 to 2012. Nicholas also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry, obtained from the University of California, Riverside between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, Nicholas has a certification as a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) from the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA), although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
