Armando Tapia

Armando Tapia is an experienced human resources professional and educator with a strong background in recruitment, selection, and personnel management. Currently serving as Coordinador de RR. HH. at FEMSA since August 2018, responsibilities include overseeing personnel changes, union management, and compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, Armando is involved in employee recruitment and training, contributing to workplace climate initiatives. Armando also teaches psychology at Universidad México Americana del Norte and has previously lectured at other universities. With a Master's degree in Business Administration focused on Human Resources from Instituto Internacional de Estudios Superiores and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas, Armando combines academic knowledge with practical HR experience.
