Kapil Rai

Kapil Rai is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Director, CXO for Fomento Resources since 2021, Kapil specializes in corporate strategy, group portfolio management, and investments. Prior roles include Managing Director for the Industrial Group Americas at CIRCOR International, where responsibilities encompassed business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and P&L excellence. Previously, Kapil held leadership positions at Future Electronics, Maxim Integrated, Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, and Microchip Technology Inc., focusing on sales leadership, product innovation, and customer success.
