Jean Gallagher

Jean Gallagher has an extensive career in the food industry, currently serving as the Technical Manager for the Grain Business Unit at FONA International since 2004. Prior to this role, Jean gained valuable experience as a Food Technologist and Lab Supervisor at Hercules from 1976 to 1993, contributing to a deep understanding of food technology and laboratory operations over a span of nearly two decades.
