Lisa Demme is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in leading foodservice and consumer goods companies. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager and Director Business Unit Marketing at McCormick FONA since April 2012, Lisa oversees marketing initiatives across Beverage, Confections, and Grain sectors alongside Consumer Insights and Sensory Services. Previous positions include Marketing Director for Beverages at Sara Lee Foodservice, where Lisa managed customer marketing strategies and a team focused on promotional activities, and Director of Marketing Communications & Training, overseeing marketing efforts across multiple product lines. Prior to Sara Lee, Lisa held roles at Unilever Bestfoods as Senior Sales Operations Manager, ConAgra Foods as Business Development Manager, and Compass Group USA as Corporate Purchasing Manager.
