Prior to this role, Molly spent 20 years at Unilever as an R&D Development Manager, driving technical capabilities for a $500 million food service business and leading teams focused on portfolio renovation and innovation. Molly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science from Northern Illinois University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
