Jean-Luc Fidel

Jean-Luc Fidel is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the General Director of Fondation Cognacq-Jay since 2012, overseeing 13 establishments in various sectors including hospital and social services, supported by a budget of €230 million and a workforce of around 2000 professionals. Additionally, since January 2020, Jean-Luc has been the Administrator of Clinique Saint Jean de Dieu, managing its operations within a health cooperation group. Jean-Luc also contributes as a part-time lecturer at Devinci Executive Education and has previously taught at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. Earlier roles include Hospital Director at Hôpital Cognacq-Jay and consulting positions at SANESCO and MSH Conseil, focused on healthcare strategies and organizational management. Jean-Luc holds a specialized degree in Public Policies and Organization Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
