Snezana Walz

Snezana Walz is the current Director of Strategy & Development at Fondation Hopale. Snezana has been with the company since May 2009, and previously served as Directrice des Ressources Humaines, Communication et qualité. In this role, they were responsible for managing the HR teams, negotiating and concluding 5 enterprise agreements in 2 years, defining the first HR policy of the group and the HR strategies in terms of developing skills, detecting potentials, recruiting and integrating, mobility, diversity, and performance evaluation system. Snezana Walz has a certificate in patient health care from Sciences Po, a certificate in economic evaluation in health from ESSEC Business School, and an Executive MBA - CPA from IÉSEG School of Management. Snezana also has a DESS in Psychology of Work and Organizations from Université de Strasbourg.
