Morgane Moineau

Morgane Moineau has extensive experience in human resources, having held leadership positions since 1995. Currently serving as Directrice des ressources humaines at Fondation Perce-Neige since June 2022, Morgane previously managed human resources at ARPAVIE and AREFO - ARPAD, where responsibilities included developing HR policies, recruitment, payroll, personnel administration, and training. Earlier roles include the establishment of the HR department at SMACL Entraide and various HR positions at CAVAMAC and TASQ. Morgane began their career as a Conseiller en formation at AREF, providing training advice to construction-related companies. Educational qualifications include a Diplôme école de commerce in Marketing/Vente from Burgundy School of Business and a DESS in Gestion des ressources humaines from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
