Ivonne Forno is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and risk management across various organizations. Currently serving as a member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Generalfinance S.p.A., and as an independent advisor in multiple firms including Borgosesia SpA and Finint Investments, Ivonne has demonstrated expertise in oversight and strategic decision-making. Additionally, Ivonne holds leadership positions as Chair of the Board at HIT - Hub Innovazione Trentino and serves on boards such as the Fondazione Bruno Kessler and AcomeA SGR S.p.A.
