Nicola Frizzera

Nicola Frizzera is an experienced HR Specialist at Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK-irst) since March 2015, focusing on selection, training, and staff development through HR analytics, CV screening, and career development projects. Additionally, Nicola serves as a registered Work Psychologist for the Albo degli Psicologi della Provincia di Trento since January 2015 and has managed various projects aimed at family welfare and youth policies in the Valle dei Laghi area from 2013 to 2018.
