Stefano Micocci

Stefano Micocci currently serves as a member of the Strategy and Development Manager's Office at Fondazione Bruno Kessler since November 2023. Prior to this role, from October 2021 to October 2023, Stefano was an expert in eHealth for the Minister for Technological Innovation and Digital Transition. Stefano holds extensive experience in the healthcare information technology sector, having held positions such as CTO of the eHealth Unit at Fondazione Bruno Kessler and Chief of the Big Data Area at Lepida ScpA. Notably, Stefano's career includes significant contributions to the Emilia-Romagna Region's Electronic Health Record system and the development of regional digital agendas during a lengthy tenure at CUP 2000 S.c.p.A. Additionally, Stefano has a background in telecommunications, having worked as a project manager and system architecture analyst at Siemens Mobile Communication. Stefano earned a degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
