Barbara Ravera

Barbara Ravera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and governance across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Technology PMO & Governance at Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 since June 2023, Barbara also holds the position of Amministratore unico at Live On Stage Srl and serves as an independent advisor at Zignagno Vetro SpA. Previous roles include a senior manager at Bip - Business Integration Partners from February 2016 to July 2023, and Head of Program and Partners Management at EXPO 2015 S.P.A., managing a portfolio of over 50 partners and facilitating significant investments. Barbara began career as a project manager at IdeaUp and held several impactful positions at H3G, including Head of Program Management Office, where involvement in critical initiatives such as IPO processes and corporate change management was demonstrated. Barbara holds a degree in Ingegneria gestionale from Politecnico di Torino.
