Matteo Zabadneh

Matteo Zabadneh is an accomplished double bassist with extensive experience in prominent orchestras and festivals. Currently serving as Professore d’Orchestra: Contrabbasso di Fila con obbligo del Secondo at Fondazione Arena di Verona since January 2024, Matteo has also held positions with Orchestra da Camera di Mantova and Fondazione Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. With a notable background as Solo Double Bass for L’APPASSIONATA and a range of substitutive roles in various prestigious settings, including the Festival Verdi 2022, Matteo's performances have spanned numerous notable events and venues. Matteo's formal education includes a Master's degree in Performing Arts from Conservatorio di Musica "Francesco Venezze" di Rovigo, augmenting a solid foundation in music established with earlier diplomas in double bass performance.
