Laureen Höllge started their career as a Mystery Intern for the Lao Rugby Federation in 2014, where they successfully managed a team and coordinated an International Rugby Championship. Laureen then worked as an Intern for Enseña Chile, where they coordinated teacher recruitment, conducted market research, and initiated a reflection tool for teachers. In 2015, they worked as an Urban Planning Consultant for the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Strategy Analyst for Učitel naživo/Teach Live. Laureen then joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Associate from 2018 to 2019. In 2021, they worked as a Political Campaign Manager for Prague with Česká pirátská strana. Currently, Laureen holds multiple roles. Laureen is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mamio, an app for moms, and also works as the Chief Operating Officer for Fondee.
Laureen Höllge began their education in 2010 at Gymnázium Budějovická, where they completed their secondary education. In 2013, they enrolled at Yale-NUS College and earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Urban Studies/Affairs in 2017. Continuing their academic journey, Laureen pursued their interest in Sociology and Social Anthropology at Central European University from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained their Master of Arts (MA) degree. In 2015, they participated in a study abroad program at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, focusing on Education and Urban Planning. Laureen also attended the Harvard Beijing Academy in 2016, specializing in Chinese Studies.
