Florian Schwenninger

Florian Schwenninger joined Fonds Finanz in 2020 as Head of Digital Transformation. As a member of the Executive Board, he has been responsible for the People & Organization department with the Human Resources and Corporate Strategy & Organizational Development departments since mid-2020. Before joining Fonds Finanz, he held key management positions at Versicherungskammer Bayern, including as a digital transformation expert, and worked independently as an organizational consultant and coach for teams and executives.
