Asha Kalijan has a rich and diverse professional background, primarily focused on advisory, implementation, and coaching roles. Since May 1998, Asha has been with Adimco, contributing to leadership development. Asha also serves in a traineeship with CLICKNL, supporting creative entrepreneurs and researchers. As an advisor for Fond Podiumkunsten, Asha aids cultural initiatives in music and theater in the Netherlands. Asha's previous experience includes online management coaching at Managersonline.nl B.V., partnership in organizational consulting at Grapefive, HR and communication management in the IT sector at PAC Information Technology, and roles in life insurance and PR at Aegon. Asha's educational background includes degrees from Maastricht University and Leiden University, among others, with a focus on communication management and yoga teacher training.

Fonds Podiumkunsten
Het Fonds geeft namens de Rijksoverheid ondersteuning aan alle vormen van professionele podiumkunsten en streeft naar een podiumsector die zoveel mogelijk verschillende mensen aanspreekt, raakt én midden in de samenleving staat. Naast de meerjarige subsidies, biedt het Fonds Podiumkunsten diverse programmering- en productiesubsidies en individuele subsidies. Bijzondere aandacht gaat uit naar internationalisering en pluriformiteit bij gezelschappen, podia en publiek. Het Fonds besteedt ook extra aandacht aan culturele diversiteit in de breedst mogelijke zin. Het stimuleren van innovatie in de keten van scheppen, productie en afname is een speciale taak van het Fonds.
