Lynn Bartels

Lynn Bartels is an accomplished professional in the arts and dance sector, currently serving as a juror for both the Amsterdam Fringe Festival and the Vereniging van Schouwburg- & Concertgebouwdirecties (VSCD) dance jury. Since July 2022, Lynn has been a board member at Summer Dance Forever and is an advisor at Fonds Podiumkunsten since January 2021. Lynn has extensive experience at De Meervaart, where roles include programmer for dance and youth, as well as a dance instructor and core artistic educator. Previous experience includes working as a museum teacher and guide at the Van Gogh Museum from 2018 to 2021 and as a dancer with ISH Dance Collective from 2003 to 2009. Lynn is advancing academic qualifications with a Master's degree in Contemporary Theatre, Dance and Dramaturgy at Utrecht University, building upon a Bachelor’s degree in art history from the University of Amsterdam and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in dance from Fontys Academy of the Arts.
