Claudia Chicoine

Claudia Chicoine is an experienced professional with a solid background in project management and business analysis, currently serving as a Product Owner for Fonds de solidarité FTQ since January 2020. In this role, Claudia manages the development of the transactional self-service site for FlexiFonds, working with stakeholders to define business requirements, collaborate on user experience design, and oversee the quality of new features. Prior to this, Claudia held positions at La Presse as a Business Analyst, at LGS (an IBM company) as an Analyst and Project Manager, and at SNC-Lavalin, where roles included Implementation Leader and Financial Analyst. Claudia's educational credentials include a Certified Associate in Project Management from PMI Montreal and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from UQAM.
