Isabelle Jolicoeur

Isabelle Jolicoeur currently serves as the Executive Director and Leader of Efficiency at Fonds de solidarité FTQ since June 2019, focusing on operationalizing strategic changes to enhance organizational efficiency and performance. Prior to this role, Isabelle held the position of Senior Director of Innovation and Customer Experience at JOLICOEUR Services Conseils inc. from September 2015 to June 2019. Isabelle's extensive experience includes impactful roles such as Management Consultant for organizational transformations at PwC Canada and Project Director for a new business model implementation at Banque Laurentienne. Other significant positions include responsibilities at Veolia North America, Desjardins, and CIM Conseil en immobilisation et management inc., showcasing a strong background in project management, technology integration, and client experience enhancement. Isabelle holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and is currently pursuing coaching education.
