Jacques-Alexandre Tardif

Jacques-Alexandre Tardif possesses extensive experience in CRM systems and business analysis, currently serving as the Principal Expert Advisor for CRM Management Systems at Fonds de solidarité FTQ since June 2019, and previously as a CRM Business Analyst at Gestisoft from February 2012 to May 2019. Past roles include Senior Business Analyst for the CRM Tango solution at Banque Laurentienne and various CRM-focused positions at Gestisoft, where significant contributions were made to innovative solution architectures and client support. Jacques-Alexandre's early career includes programming and project management roles, complemented by a strong educational background with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Management and IT from HEC Montréal, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Economics from Université Laval.
