Anemoon Soete is a post-doctoral fellow at the Research Foundation Flanders (FWO) since November 2022, with a prior extensive research background at Ghent University spanning from December 2014 to November 2022 in roles including postdoctoral researcher and doctoral researcher/assistant, focusing on International Public Law and International Environmental Law. Experience includes serving as a legal expert for the Belgian delegation during the UNFCCC COP21 in Paris, managing various legal issues related to compliance and decision-making. Anemoon contributed to a project on sustainable food production and consumption with UGENT 10:10 and has a history in journalism with Schamper.
