Laura De Boom is a PhD Fellow in Fundamental Research at Fonds Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek - Vlaanderen, focusing on how organizations can attract, manage, and retain workforce diversity. Currently a PhD Candidate in Diversity and Inclusion at Universiteit Antwerpen, Laura's research emphasizes workforce and organizational behavior. Previous experience includes serving as a Quality & Reward Analytics Officer at Deloitte Belgium and as an Assistant Trade Marketing at Continental Foods. Laura holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Business Management from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on International Entrepreneurship from Arteveldehogeschool. Additional education includes a Bachelor's degree from Audencia and an ASO in Economie Moderne Talen from Sint-Vincentius Instituut Dendermonde.
