Rosalie Hermans is a Doctoral Fellow at Research Foundation Flanders - FWO since November 2021 and previously served as a Doctoral Fellow at the Belgian American Educational Foundation, where a 12-month research engagement occurred at the Strömberg lab at the University of Washington in Seattle. Past experiences include a position within the Quaternary Environments & Humans Department at the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences, a visiting scholar role at Universitat de Barcelona, field archaeology work at BAAC Vlaanderen, and an internship at Université libre de Bruxelles. Rosalie is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Archaeology at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, expected to complete in 2025, alongside a Master of Science in Business Economics and another in Management, as well as a Master of Arts in Art Sciences and Archaeology and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field. Education commenced at Sint-Jozef-Klein-Seminarie, culminating in a High School Diploma in Greek Mathematics.
