Jaakko Korhonen has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jaakko started working at Fujitsu Finland in July 2012 as a Customer Support Specialist, providing technical support to customers' employees and handling remote software installations and upgrades. In July 2016, they joined Fonecta Oy as a Product Owner for Microsoft Office 365. Jaakko also worked as a Senior Helpdesk Administrator at Fonecta Oy starting from October 2013. Jaakko later joined Tülka as an Interpreter in October 2017.
Jaakko Korhonen obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Turun yliopisto - University of Turku, completing their studies from 2005 to 2014.
