Tanja Niittymäki

Tanja Niittymäki has extensive experience in various leadership roles and project management positions. Tanja currently serves as the Head of Business Transformation and Project Management Office at Fonecta Oy, where they are responsible for driving digital development and business transformation within the organization. Prior to this, they were the Service Director for Contact Center Services at Pihlajalinna, where they led and developed their contact center service for private health care clinics and occupational health. Earlier in their career, they worked at Fonecta Media Oy as a Program & Project Director, overseeing projects in online product development, CRM systems, business acquisitions, business transformation execution, and Customer Experience Management. Tanja also held the position of Director of Online and Director of B2B Online at Fonecta Oy, where they were responsible for online product development and user-driven concept design. Before joining Fonecta, they worked at Fonecta Media Oy as the Director of Business Development and Marketing, responsible for developing and marketing printed and online products. Prior to that, they worked at K-Luotto Oy and K-Plus Oy, where they held various positions, including IT manager, development manager, customer service manager, and project manager. Their main responsibilities included developing IT infrastructure and applications for loyalty programs and consumer credit, as well as establishing and managing a customer service center. Tanja has a strong background in leading and managing business critical projects, with experience in international and multi-vendor project environments. Tanja Niittymäki is skilled in agile project methodology and has roughly 20 years of experience in the field.

Tanja Niittymäki attained a Master's degree in Marketing from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku. Their studies spanned from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they pursued minors in business law and business administration during their academic tenure.
