Diwas Sapkota

Diwas Sapkota has extensive work experience in the technology and banking sectors. Diwas began their career at Everest Bank Ltd in 2007 as an IT Officer, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL) as a System Manager and worked there until 2019. In 2019, they joined Fonepay as the Chief Technology Officer and later became the Assistant CEO. Diwas currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Fonepay.

Diwas Sapkota's education history includes a Master in Science (Information Technology) from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Apex College in Kathmandu, a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Meghalaya India Jobs, and a +2 degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya in Liatkor Peak, Shillong. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Fintech: Business Models, Marketing, Strategy & Tactics from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in February 2023.
