Juan Manuel Soto

Juan Manuel Soto is the founder of Fonetic, a company established in September 2006 that focuses on enhancing the relationship between businesses and their customers through conversational systems. With a deep passion for technology that understands human interaction, Juan Manuel Soto has dedicated efforts to create value in society by improving customer service efficiency and experience across various channels. Prior to Fonetic, Juan Manuel Soto served as CEO at InfoSpeech from January 2000 to September 2006, as Director General at KEON (Corporación IBV) from March 1991 to January 2000, and as Director Técnico at Robotiker from October 1986 to March 1991. Juan Manuel Soto holds a degree in Ingeniero Superior Industrial from ETS Ingenieros Industriales de Bilbao (1977 - 1983) and a Master’s in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from Cranfield University (1985 - 1986).
