Wilma Lukas

Wilma Lukas, PhD, MBA, is a prominent figure in the life sciences sector, serving as the Founder and Managing Director of W Life Sciences since 2013, where efforts focus on fostering innovative solutions and mentoring early-stage biotech and medtech companies. With extensive experience in evaluating over 2500 innovation opportunities across various therapeutic areas, Wilma also holds multiple advisory roles, including Expert for Innosuisse, Senior Advisor and Coach at Fongit, Board Member at Unitec Technology Transfer Office, and active participation in innovation committees. Additionally, academic contributions are made as a coach at the University of Lausanne's HEC Executive MBA and through membership in the Steering Committee of the Swiss National Science Foundation's National Research Program 79.
